Check your trigger warnings for this book. This story touches on a lot of heavy and difficult topics in life.
While this was a good read for me, I had trouble connecting to and understanding the characters. This was nothing to do with the writing or the author. I have been lucky enough to never be put in a situation like these characters, which made it a struggle for me.

The narrators did an amazing job Levi is the golden retriever lumberjack that wants to change Fallons outlook on the holidays. While showing her around the small town in Vermont, Levi and Fallon start to fall for each other even though Fallon pushes against it. If you are looking for a quick and easy holiday read, I would definitely recommend. The writing and characters flow so well and it was the perfect amount of distress for a holiday romance all wrapped up in a cute bow at the end. 🎀
