Story
Lawrence Browne, the Earl of Radnor, is mad. At least that's what he and most of the village believes. A brilliant scientist, he hides himself away in his family's crumbling estate, unwilling to venture into the outside world. When an annoyingly handsome man arrives at Penkellis, claiming to be Lawrence's new secretary, his carefully planned world is turned upside down.

The story and imagery were lovely. I loved how the pieces of each character unfolded as the story was told. Lawrence and Georgie burrowed into my heart.

I love the interactions and dialogue between the main characters. Even through the deception between them, they developed trust and affection that isn’t shaken through the various revelations that occur.

Story
You can’t bargain with death if you’ve already sold your soul. Special agent Patrick Collins has been reassigned by the supernatural operations agency to New York City. Navigating his new relationship with Jonothon de Vere, the werewolf he’s now soulbound to, is nothing compared to dealing with territorial disputes between the vampires and werecreatures who call the five boroughs home. But the delicate treaties that have kept the preternatural world in check are fraying at the edges, and the fallout is spilling into the mundane world.

I love the narrators voice and how well you know who is speaking just based off the tone of voice for each character. I’m obsessed with all of the characters, not just Jono and Patrick.

This ending is emotional, beautiful and hard fought. Hailey Turners writing style paints such a clear picture. Between the author and the narrator, this is my favorite series. The narrators voice is smooth and he portrays each character so well, that the dialogue is easy to follow. There is never a dull moment and this entire series kept me hooked until the end.

I loved so much about this series. The characters are well fleshed out. I especially like the different perspectives it’s written in. The imagery described was vivid. The small subtle details that make it so real. The narrator was amazing as well. He really helped bring Gray to life.

Story
Kyle Vaughn had three goals in life: become a vet, find the man of his dreams, and start a family. He easily checked off the first item on the list when he took over his grandfather's veterinary practice. Too bad he wasn't as lucky in love. Chaz Hamilton took a leap of faith when he decided to pursue a career in writing, but one best seller didn't mean he could quit his day job. All work and no play threatened to make Chaz a very dull man when the only romantic action he saw was in the pages of his manuscript. Too bad he couldn't write his own happily every after.

Story
When hockey star Linc Carpenter is banned from playing his beloved sport, he starts over, slinging drinks in Tampa. He's inept as a bartender, so when the opportunity arises to train as a private investigator he takes it. He's not very good at that either, but he still manages to get hired to follow fashion mogul Quentin Faulkner. Linc's incompetence is a hindrance, but Brady Williams, Faulkner's studly bodyguard, may prove to be his undoing.
