This is a great story that my mother’s generation lived through, although in Idaho.
I wish it could have been read by Tom Brokaw. The narrator just didn’t have Tom’s gift of communication. I think I would have enjoyed reading the book and imagining Tom’s voice.

Another of Jodi’s (and Jennifer’s) stories that is so compelling to read and also offers a challenging lesson for this reader to come to a better understanding of how it feels to be other than mainstream.

This was a good story about a heroic and apparently gifted woman. Why did the author have to turn it into a Harlequin romance?

Another profoundly insightful novel given to us by Jodi Piccoult. Her perspective always offers a new slant.

This book was very interesting but pretty slow for me. Interesting because I grew up near Spokane.

This was disappointing and boring. Have really enjoyed previous Jack Reacher books but this one did not deliver.

If this book hadn’t been recommended to me by somebody who actually read the book I would have stopped listening about 15 minutes in. The author, William L Myers, Jr wrote a book comparable to John Grisham’s writing. Next time this author should choose Michael Beck or Dick Hill for narration.

This is one of the best books I’ve ever listened to. I thought the trial scenes would be boring but oh my no! Keep writing James Bostwick. Looking forward to your next one!

I almost stopped listening but I had 8 hours invested. Then the book took an interesting turn and I was hooked.
