So so grateful my kids get to grow up listening to this. We already have all the print copies, but just finished listening to this on our car rides or at breakfast. Wonderful narration for kids and my boys loved the sound effects that went with each story. So grateful! HIGHLY recommend!

It is about spiritual life, and about all the things that we have called nonspiritual life that might be spiritual after all.

The funny and talented Chip Gaines is well known to millions of people as a TV star, renovation expert, bestselling author, husband to Joanna, and father of four in Waco, Texas. But long before the world took notice, Chip was a serial entrepreneur who was always ready for the next challenge. Whether it was buying a neighborhood laundromat or talking a bank into a loan for some equipment to start a lawn-mowing service, Chip always knew that the most important thing was to take that first step.

Story
By ancient definition, the adamant was known as both a diamond and a mythical stone of indestructible wonder. In more modern terminology, it describes a posture of unshakeable resolve and determination. If there was ever a time for us to be adamant about love and truth it is now. God is love. God is truth. Both love and truth are timeless, transcending our current trends and opinions. Sometimes the most loving thing we will ever do is to speak the truth, but speaking truth begins with living it.

A word in season
Reviewed: 01-06-20
I genuinely believe this is one of the most important, if not the most important, messages to the church right now (and I DO NOT say that as some flattering cliche!) Lisa presents the truth in love as a word in season and it shot boldness into my soul. IF YOU ARE WONDERING WHAT TO READ, READ THIS! I
(Also, I feel like John and Lisa Bevere write like they are preaching :) So I really like listening to their books on Audible)

Story
Escape the enemy's deadly trap! The Bait of Satan exposes one of the most deceptive snares Satan uses to get believers out of the will of God - offense. Most people who are ensnared by the bait of Satan don’t even realize it. Don’t be fooled! You will encounter offense, and it’s up to you how it will affect your relationship with God. Your response will determine your future. If offense is handled correctly, you will become stronger rather than bitter. John Bevere shows you how to stay free from offense and escape the victim mentality.

I feel like they write like preachers, so I really like listening to them on Audible!)
