Story
Caspian, fourth son and yet still a Crown Prince of Gunkermal, knew he was a party to a marriage contract. Arranged marriages were common in his family, and he expected the contract would cement various trade or security agreements with another country. He just didn't realize the other party to his contract was a full-grown man, who stepped off his ship--and into Caspian's life--as if he owned it.

Below is my review of the ebook itself. For the audio, I’ll have to admit, this narrator just blew me away. Every emotion, every action, came through clearly with each spoken word. I truly enjoyed listening to the story as much as I did reading it for the first time! This is a new narrator for me but I’ll definitely be looking into his backlist.
I’ve learned to just one click books by this duo and I’m never disappointed. This is a wonderful story with hurt/comfort, opposites attract and yummy wolf shifters, oh my. Linden doesn’t want to lead. He may be an alpha but he wants to take care of his pack with his medical skills. When tragedy strikes, he is forced to look at his priorities. Colt is an omega from a very prominent political family and all he wants is to write articles that help make the world a better place, hopefully as far from the political machinations of his family as possible. When he gets a response from the Grove pack, he takes it as a sign and hits the road.
Neither man expect to find love in the other’s arms, maybe some yummy lust though. When Colt’s heat hits in the middle of the pack’s struggles to decide the new Alpha and worry of their rescued packmate, Linden, of course, agrees to help him. Their closeness just brings their wants into better focus but they have to deal with the pack’s decision, a feral pack alpha and Colt’s family. Their snark and sweetness, along with their smokin’ hot smexy times, make me hope for their HEA. I’m really excited to get the next book in this series!

OK, I love these books, all of the series, so I already knew I enjoyed Pavlo’s story. He deserves a wonderful mate like Saint, who will take care of him as Pavlo has taken care of everyone else. But Zane Daniels’ voice performance was just yummy! Those accents, complete with feline purrs, were just amazing and brought this wonderful story to life in a new and fun way. I really enjoyed listening to Don’t STAHP Believing and I’m sure I will again!

The truth is, I'm an admin assistant who applied for a job that sounded kind of interesting and ended up working for the Community of Species Government. I'm the only human in the office, and basically I ride herd on a team of rambunctious shifters and demons. I also spend a lot of time avoiding Gideon Bailey, the demon I had a one-night stand with right before I took this job. He hates me, and I really want to avoid being murdered. But I've been offered a promotion that will mean working with him, so we're both going to have to get over it

I freaking love this book and audio!
Reviewed: 04-07-21
I adore this series and seeing Knot (Damian) fall in love and realize what is really important in life is a perfect end to the series (if it indeed had to end). Listening to Michael Ferraiuolo bring them to life is such a prize. It’s been awhile since I’ve done a read on this series and honestly, I loved listening to this story. The emotions, whether laughter, sorrow, anger or love, were so well performed it was like my imagination from the last read was completely brought to life.
Knot and Matthew are just exquisite together. Seeing how the Single Dads evolve with this trial shows just how strong their bonds really are. Plus, the glitter wars are epic!!
A wonderful, and totally necessary, addition to any audio library for MM, Mpreg romance lovers!

Story
Lucian Smith, unwanted at birth, is a defiant alpha who’d not only dare anyone to call him unclaimed, he’d proudly display the proof. He doesn’t want or need a pack other than the family he’s built with his crew - the West Coast Wolves. For so long, it was just them - an unlikely pack of alphas who took to the open road and helped where they could, doing random acts of kindness and expecting nothing in return.

I so enjoy this series and was very happy to hear Nick Russo was narrating. He does a fantastic job giving voices to the characters and helping to bring them to life.
I adore this series and really like the fact that the angst is from outside sources and not the seriously sweet couple. These are very much fated mate stories and while the 'insta-love' is there, we still get to see their relationships bloom and grow. I can't wait to hear Tom and Nick come to life!

Brilliance in audio!
Reviewed: 12-10-20
This book is the first in the new spinoff series, Magical Mates, by Macy Blake. The story is everything we expect from Ms. Blake; amazing characters, plots within plots and as much laughter, tears and love as we can stand. Victor and Riggs are complete opposites and perfectly matched. And honestly, little Gus is just perfection. Too bad Victor and Riggs missed the memo on matings and kids.
Michael Dean’s narration is spot on, and his performance hits every note. The voices match the characters and bring an already brilliant story to life. A definite must listen!

Carter Benson is a lonely, scarred mess of an alpha. Honorably discharged from the army after being injured, he is left with very little that really matters. All he has is a trust fund he refuses to touch, burns on his face, and a brand new prosthesis. He doesn't have his family, he isn't near his friends, and his face makes small children cry. So he goes to Maine, finds a tiny town, and starts a business as a plumber. It doesn't help his loneliness, though. Until a little girl hunts him down and forces him to be her new best friend.

Wonderful start to the series!

I've enjoyed this series so much and was elated to find them in audio. Watching Carter and Elijah fall in love, build their family and deal with not only the town gossips but with Eli's parents was perfection! I've fallen in love with the omegaverse this author has created. And seriously, I want to move to Hobson Hills and be adopted by the Wilson's!
Both Carter and Elijah have their own issues to deal with but they come together so well. And while their relationship doesn't have a lot of angst, the obstacles they overcome more than make up for the easy relationship they share. And I enjoy the sweet love story showing them working together to beat the odds.
This is the first audiobook I've listened to with this narrator. Philip Fairbanks was a pleasant surprise, and I look forward to the next in the series.
A feel good story that makes my heart so happy!
