Story
Phileas Fogg, a gentleman of stringent and inflexible habits, proposes that he can circumvent the globe in 80 days. He wagers half of his fortune to this effect. But when a high profile bank robbery occurs, the dogged Detective Fix is convinced that Mr. Fogg is an audacious bank robber and that his entire "gentleman's wager" is a charade. Thus begins a wild battle of cat and mouse that takes the clever combatants around the world.

Not who I thought
Reviewed: 08-19-22
I thought it was a different B J Harrison than the one that actually reads this. The story could have been better with a little more personality behind the reading. Though I will say about 85% of the book is description of the surroundings or the path taken with very little story.

Loved it!

Not what I hoped but good
Reviewed: 03-19-22
I thought it was actual Time Lord fairy tales. like someone wrote some Gallifreyan stories. I didn't realize it was just Whoniverse versions of Grimm's Fairy Tales, but it was still enjoyable.

Story
The TARDIS materialises on board the maiden voyage of a pioneering space cruiser, travelling from Earth to the planet Eternity. The Doctor has just started exploring the huge, hi-tech Interstitial Transposition Vehicle when there is a loud bang, a massive jolt and a flash of light. Shortly afterwards, he discovers that nearly all the passengers and crew have disappeared. Unless the Doctor and flight attendant Sugar MacAuley can take control and steer the ship, they could crash-land or keep slipping through space forever.

Funnier than I expected.

The most amusing part was David Tennant switching back and forth between his Scottish accent and his Doctor voice. The story is good with several funny lines. If you are a fan of the 10th Doctor I definitely recommend it.
