Story
Think of The War of Art as tough love...for yourself. Since 2002, The War of Art has inspired people around the world to defeat "resistance"; to recognize and knock down dream-blocking barriers and to silence the naysayers within us. Resistance kicks everyone's butt, and the desire to defeat it is equally as universal. The War of Art identifies the enemy that every one of us must face, outlines a battle plan to conquer this internal foe, then pinpoints just how to achieve the greatest success.

Over produced and repetitious
Reviewed: 08-03-20
I've read so many self help books and I know this is a huge favorite for many. I found the audio difficult to consume due to its over production. There is disruptive musical overlay at the intro to each chapter. I found the delivery too aggressive, the author uses key words, emphatically repeating them over and over. It made me uneasy and is counter productive.

Story
In Insecure in Love, you'll learn how to overcome attachment anxiety using compassionate self-awareness, a technique that can help you recognize your negative thoughts or unhealthy behavior patterns and respond to them in a nurturing way - rather than beating yourself up. You'll also learn how insecurity can negatively affect healthy dialog between you and your partner (or potential partners) and develop the skills needed to stop you from reverting back to old patterns of neediness and possessiveness.

Best Resource For Relationships Yet.

Would you listen to Insecure in Love again? Why?
Yes, I'm about to.
Any additional comments?
I'm very aware that I am keeping the self-help industry going. I've been in search of answers to my relationship issues and this is by far the most helpful book I've come across. It is incredibly keen to our feelings, thoughts, and self made prisons. Very good advice that is spelled out clearly and patiently...some of us have very thick heads.
