I'm very aware that I am keeping the self-help industry going. I've been in search of answers to my relationship issues and this is by far the most helpful book I've come across. It is incredibly keen to our feelings, thoughts, and self made prisons. Very good advice that is spelled out clearly and patiently...some of us have very thick heads.

I just went through a really badd break up recently that left me feeling alone and without purposed i wanted to understand why i felt that way tho logically i knew the break up was for the best.I realized that due to my past trauma and relationship with my parents i developed unhealthy coping skills but with the aid of the exercise in this book and i was able to identify and work on my attachment style . I'm so grateful 🙏

This book is amazing. I’ve listened to a few books on attachment styles and this one is by far the best. Some of it is hard to hear because of what I have going on in my life but it’s a good hard. It really opened my eyes.

Great information! I learned a lot about my attachment style and how it pertains to my current relationship. As well, I learned quite a bit about my partners attachment style and how to navigate that.

My only negative mark on the book is the audio. Of the narrator. The microphone she was using is hypersensitive. I could hear whenever she took a drink of water. It was a bit distracting.
