This is an awesome series. I got drawn into it right away and I loved every second of it. I don't understand the negative ratings for the narrator. He was perfect in every way. The series is good in it's own right, but I think the narration is what did it for me... Hannibal Hills i awesome.... great job

enjoyed the first book immensley, the scond one, not as much and the last one, even less. I didn't care for the parts where the male repeated everything , I guess his side of the story, but it was repettive, and I couldn't his voice was irritating and way way too dramatic for my taste. My performance ratng is for Olivia King, who did an amazing job.

The first half of the book was amazing, the second half however, was a total disappointment. I don't understand why the author did what he did in the second half. It was ridiculous and and I had to listen at 3 times the speed. Not surprised that all that nonsense was omitted from the movie...

I'm not sure if I wasn't in love with the book, or just not in love with the narration. Belle's voice was terrible, in my opinion. I finished the book, so it wasn't totally awful.... I just had higher hopes that were not met

Ten years ago, six friends went on vacation. One made it out alive... In that instant, college student Quincy Carpenter became a member of a very exclusive club - a group of survivors the press dubbed “The Final Girls”: Lisa, who lost nine sorority sisters to a college dropout's knife; Sam, who endured the Sack Man during her shift at the Nightlight Inn; and now Quincy, who ran bleeding through the woods to escape the massacre at Pine Cottage. Despite the media's attempts, the three girls have never met.

I had high hopes for this book, but it didn't quite meet those hopes. I found myself playing parts of it it at a faster pace. The ending was a little twisty.... I didn't figure out who done it, but I like more twists and turns.... the book itself was just mediocre, and in my opinion did not live up to the high ratings.

Stroy good, Tavia Gilbert, not so much
Reviewed: 03-09-23
I enjoyed the series, but I have to agree with some of the ratings pertaining to Eliza (Tavia Gilbert). She was over the top overly dramatic and I found myself doing what others have done and skipped over Eliza chapters.
I apparently have previously read this book for free, but since Audible doesn't show what free books you have listened to, ended up buying it. It's not that big a deal, but I wish there was a way to check what free books have been read.

Mispronouncements throughout

I enjoyed the book, but it's frustrating listening to narraters who constantly mispronounce words., Ortiz, saline, epinephrine, behemoth. I don't understand how some people get jobs narrating when they can't pronounce words correctly. Otherwise she did an ok job, but I am thankful that she isn't narrating any more in this series
