Story
Joe and humanity as a whole messed up pretty badly, managing to get some of the most important people from both the Elven and Dwarven races killed. Now the war is escalating to unprecedented levels, and only one side needs to worry about being slain. With the attackers knowing they can get right back up after dying, they are throwing themselves against their centuries-long foe without caring for the consequences. As the death toll rises, there’s still hope for Joe and the people that he chose to align himself with.

He's tried to ignore them for too long. But the long-simmering conflict between Montana's holding at Coggeshall and the Night Goblins who also occupy the valley is about to boil over. Usually, goblins aren't anything to write home about: an enemy without much size, intellect, or weaponry. But these goblins? Well, that's just not the case. These are goblins with limitless resources, never-before-seen tactics, and horrifying monsters at their disposal. Worst of all, they don't fear death in the slightest. They just might force a good guy to become what he has always struggled to defeat.

Story
A floating fortress occupied by warrior gnomes. A castle made of sand. A derelict submarine guarded by malfunctioning machines. A haunted crypt surrounded by lethal traps. It was supposed to be easy. One bubble. Four castles. Fifteen days. Capture each one, and the stairwell is unlocked. Here's the thing. It's never easy. Carl and his team can't go it alone. Not this time. They must rely on the help of the low-level, I-can't-believe-these-idiots-are-still-alive crawlers trapped in the bubble with them. But can they be trusted?

Progen defeated the Parasyte that was engineered by the malevolent Blood Curse, but there is still a lot that the dungeon crystal needs to do to fully control his entire dungeon. While he actively works to finish controlling the rest of the body that hosts his presence, there lies one major obstacle to the culmination of his plans: the brain. The Blood Curse has locked itself away behind a barrier that keeps Progen from spreading his influence inside, while also preventing the Curse from manipulating anything outside of its hiding place.

Another god damn magical earth "flash back"- mind test- thing? Those are so tedious, I had to just skip this one, I don't know who "Helen" is, and I could not care less. Enough of that lame shit.
Except... by the end of book, it's kind of made clear that it's the last one.
AND THAT ENDING!!!! Best book in the series! Amazing climax.

Actually, the fairy just sucks all around, so annoying.
And Will not surrounding his core with strong bosses is dumb

Story
Waking up to discover the apocalypse had begun, and to find that I was no longer human, was not how I thought my day would go. But then again, I supposed I was thankful to just have another day to begin with, considering I’d apparently been a mindless monster for the last several months. The city was a mess, with many buildings destroyed by massive black towers that rose into the sky like enormous thorns. And yet, despite all this, I was about to discover that the monsters and bizarre landscape weren’t the strangest things about the apocalypse.

1st Stupid thing: How does the mc not wonder immediately after eating the 1st monster if regular humans give more points?
2nd: The mc not realizing that the people attacking with gas mask on when he returns obviously have more info, and that he can get points from them. Dumb.
3rd: MC's internal dialog is annoying. Enough with "damnit" and "shit" over and over again. If you're going to have him use expletives all the time, then vary them. There are WAY to many better, and funner ones: "fuck", "mother fucker", "cock sucker" ,etc, etc.
4th: Sex ruins "innocence"? Are you an idiot? It "ruins" innocence about the same as finding out Santa isn't real- as in not at all. It's just a simple fact of a good, decent, life. Unlike the insane amount of violence she's endured- from seeing her sister with a knife sticking out of her to eating and brutally killing monsters. Get real.

That and not killing Eddie because of "continuity"... so dumb. Sute, just go ahead and let Mr. Invulnerable win the impossible tutorial, good job.
