The book is basically Melissa's summary of every Little House episode. Not much on personal insights and opinions.

Jane Pfitsch did a great job on narration. She captured the different voice inflections in a wonderful way. She is a great reader.

A wild premise for a story. Not for religious folks. Amazing narration by Zachary Quinto.

I usually find that books are much better than the movies made from them. Not in this case.

The book's storyline of Kinsella's father is much better in Field of Dreams. Ray's refusal to talk to him in the book does not make sense.

The book's storyline of Eddie Scissons is superfluous and mercifully not in the movie. The same goes for the mysterious twin brother Richard.

Still, a wonderful listen and absolutely great narration by Grover Gardner. His ability to portray different characters with slight changes in voice inflections was amazing.

I read this book years ago and loved it. Listening to the great ballplayers tell their stories in their own words is tremendous. You can hear their love for the game in their voices. What a great audiobook.

I enjoyed the character development and story. Kate Reading is a fantastic narrator. I can not believe so many speech patterns and dialects came from the same person. The book is worth a credit just to hear her narration. Looking forward to book 2.

Great narration, but many plot holes

Christopher Lane does a fantastic job in speaking for so many characters, including women. For a story about a plague that wipes out 95% of the population, it sure seems like a lot of people survived in a small area. An entire family of four survived intact. The odds of that happening are astronomical. The story was better when it was just Billy and a few others trying to get by.

This is perhaps the best self-narrated autobiography that has ever been released. Anthony Daniels is a true joy to listen to. He reveals details of all 9 films that I never heard before. Just hearing his wonderful voice makes any fan smile.

The two narrators seem to be a cast of 12. Orlagh Cassidy is simply fantastic. kyf Brewer sounds next like I imagine Amos Decker to be. Finest audio mystery I have ever heard.

Anna Pigeon has become a bumbling fool in this 19th book in the series. I find it hard to believe that Barr actually wrote this. Too Many word pronunciations to count.

The world lost a tremendous person because of ignorance and blind hate. Anne was a genius with words. In the end, she still believed that most people had good hearts. Selma Blair's narration is fantastic, if a little fast-paced. How could you not be deeply touched by this story?
