First of all, you should understand that it is not only weight loss we are talking about here. Yes, normal weight is important for overall health, but it is, for sure, not the only factor that describes a fit person. The reason I talk about it is because there are healthy and unhealthy diets that will make you lose weight, and you want to pick “healthy” every time. Keto, paleo, or Atkins diet are not even familiar to overall health and longevity. Science has already proved that these diets can be extremely toxic and unhealthy for most people.

I was diagnosed pre-diabetic, so decided to try this diet. Although it was a rough diet to follow, it is the only one I have tried in which I didn't gain all the weight back right away. good audiobook
