Very well done

This book became for me an informative journey through the details of the car industry and explored the topics of car branding, development, marketing, etc in way that applied to the whole car industry, not just BMW. Very casual and enjoyable to listen to.

My New Favorite Book

After being utterly delighted by “A Gentleman in Moscow,” I backtracked to this novel and was not disappointed. There are many reasons that this book is excellent, but the sum of all these reasons resulted in my feeling that this was probably the most pleasurable book I have encountered.

Reza imposed a tyranny that ultimately sparked the Islamic Revolution of 1979 which, in turn, inspired fundamentalists throughout the Muslim world, including the Taliban and terrorists who thrived under its protection.

Amazing audiobook

This book was so eye-opening. It was well written, well presented, and seemingly both concise and comprehensive. It was a book that altered my perception and understanding of international relations and was fodder for deep thought regarding natural histories of governments and national consequences of unwise action.

Story
In this book, Amy Webb reveals the pervasive, invisible ways in which the foundations of AI - the people working on the system, their motivations, the technology itself - is broken. Within our lifetimes, AI will, by design, begin to behave unpredictably, thinking and acting in ways which defy human logic. The big nine corporations may be inadvertently building and enabling vast arrays of intelligent systems that don't share our motivations, desires, or hopes for the future of humanity.

Intriguing thoughts. Worth the listen. Certainly encouraged me to think more critically about possible future scenarios of AI impact and understanding the global community of AI better.
