Story
This audiobook has been made for three purposes. First, to provide the Orthodox listener with a competent overview of the history of Protestantism and its major traditions, from its beginnings in the 16th century to the present day. Second, to acquaint Orthodox and non-Orthodox listeners with a narrative of the historical relations between the Orthodox East and the Protestant West. Finally, to provide a summary of Orthodox theological opinion on the tenets of Protestantism.

Comprehensive explanation of Orthodoxy with as much detail as could fit into one book. I recommend to any inquirer.

I enjoy the style and disposition of Fr. Trenham. He doesn't with old explanation for the sake of negative perception.

Story
This revised edition includes a new epilogue, "Coming up on Twenty-Five Years" since the entry of the Evangelical Orthodox into the Holy Orthodox Church. This is the story of a handful of courageous men and their congregations who risked stable occupations, security and the approval of life-long friends to be obedient to God's call. It is also the story of every believer who is searching for the Church.

Excellently presented! If you are a Christian seeking completeness and God's revelation to the world,
freely explore this beautiful journey into the ancient faith of the apostles which is and always will be the church triumphant that the gates of hell cannot prevail against. The Spirit and the Bride of Christ beckon you to come, and eat and drink of the Tree and the River of Life freely.
