Story
Glucose, or blood sugar, is a tiny molecule in our body that has a huge impact on our health. It enters our bloodstream through the starchy or sweet foods we eat. Ninety percent of us suffer from too much glucose in our system—and most of us don’t know it. The symptoms? Cravings, fatigue, infertility, hormonal issues, acne, wrinkles. Drawing on cutting-edge science and her own pioneering research, biochemist Jessie Inchauspé offers ten simple, surprising hacks to help you balance your glucose levels and reverse your symptoms—without going on a diet or giving up the foods you love.

Plenty of great scientific knowledge about human health as it relates to maintaining the optimal level of glucose and tips for those (most people) who have a lack of zeal for their health above all else.
Definitely was worth the listen and a big thanks for creating the audio book version!
The one critique; I found zero value in making a connection to evolution. So it can only detract in the appeal of the book to those who don't subscribe to evolution ideas.

Story
Named one of the top books of 2009 by the Times Literary Supplement (London), this controversial and compelling audiobook from Dr. Stephen C. Meyer presents a convincing new case for intelligent design (ID) based on revolutionary discoveries in science and DNA. Along the way Meyer argues that Charles Darwin's theory of evolution as expounded in The Origin of Species did not, in fact, refute ID.

Story
The world needs to change for us to reach our highest potential. Since money powers everything in the world, attempting to solve problems and change the world is impossible without solving things at the root money level. To truly change the world, we would need a new monetary system and a new economic system. This is why it's essential to strive toward a post-money society by embracing cryptocurrencies combined with resource-based economic principles to put us on the path to a better future.

Well rounded and easy to understand, a gem!

Was an easy listen, finished it while driving places. Voice is deep and smooth. Great for anyone interested in economics, the idea that money and how people use money has many problems, which hinder mankind from reaching it's potential to live in peace and happiness. A resource based economic system can be applied, at least in a simple form, into both small and large scale systems (people groups), which is helpful to understand for many obvious reasons. Though my opinion is that large scale will probably not be realized until some time after the year 2030. And even then, it won't be by man's will, but God's. But if you understand how the levers of control work, it helps to see the truth of many more issues. Like a piece of a puzzle. Kudos for this piece of truth in a dark world! (btw, I am very familiar with the Venus Project)

5 stars overall, solid references.

The references make it great for doing your own follow up research. My only concern is that for those with less ability to employ deductive reasoning, the logic to give any amount of legitimacy to a medical intervention that has staggeringly absent evidence of efficacy, seems illogical.
