Really enjoyed the story. I’m a bug lover so the side story of nature and moths was beautiful! Wholesome and uplifting book.

I appreciate the fact that there has been so much research into the topics of this podcast - I read a lot of books so I can see the influences from a lot of areas. They have been simplified and boiled down in an effective way.

I’m pretty new to meditation so I’ve been reading a lot and trying to practice a lot. This is by far my favorite because it makes me mindful while also being able to explore many topics for a better life. I like that there is one place for for such a variety. I’m a true believer in meditation as it has truly reduced my stress and anxiety and helped my brain be more focused, less scattered and more at peace.

I’m not sure this is a fit for everyone but it sure has been a perfect fit for me. Truly appreciative of this time, energy and thoughtfulness that went into this podcast. I noticed it isn’t being produced any longer but I feel like it is timeless. Thank you!!

Obviously this is a meditation podcast but it is so much more. I really appreciated the time and thought that was put in to each episode. Obviously everyone will connect with different themes but it really does seem like there’s something for everyone.
