The idea of the book is pretty good. But the book is kind of boring. Although I didn’t see some of it coming, it was not a thriller or exciting whatsoever.

Good Story, poor performance
Reviewed: 08-12-20
The story is entertaining. Not my favorite, but very enjoyable. Then there is the Narrator. When Nichole Poole (the narrator) is reading she is fine. But when she does the voices with any emotion, it is horrible. The story gets tense, and the voices need to scream of show any emotion, they sound wimpy, annoying, fake like the worse actress ever....why bother trying. It's almost like she is in a crowed room and is afraid that other people will hear her so she fakes it. I did enjoy the story, but the narrator takes a lot away from the story.
