Healthy boundaries. We all know we should have them - in order to achieve work/life balance, cope with toxic people, and enjoy rewarding relationships with partners, friends, and family. Being aware of how a lack of boundaries can be passed on through our family environment is not our fault is one thing but, it's like being told we gotta start new and do the work to recover from damage we didn't cause because we didn't have the tools of boundaries is another thing. The book is amazing and you will appreciate it more when you actually do the work. you are worth the effort.

There was a part that was kind of predictable and that is with her brother. I'm wondering who the mole in Riley's group is. I'm suspecting the obvious but, I'm hoping for the unexpected. will be buying the second book.
