setting boundaries is a necessary component to a long, peaceful, and joyful life if you want to live a prosperous life. There are so much things and techniques given by the author to utilize, especially if one is interested in getting their life in order. I even life the fact that the author wasn't afraid to mention other books that were recommended to her be her therapist. this self development book supports the idea that mental health is important to living a joyful and adventurous life.

My therapist recommended this book to me: without a doubt this is one of my top three books that have impacted my life as of now. Tawwab effortlessly outlines what boundaries are and why we need them. This book made me uncomfortable at times which for me meant there was work to be done. My favorite part of this book was her addressing how we must set and uphold the boundaries we make with ourselves.

I’ve purchased this book in print for my best friend. This is one of those great books I’ll offer to friends, family, mentees, and strangers because it was truly a realistic self-help book. This provides actual ways to improve your relationships today, not some cerebral approach to a better life.
