At first I just could not get into this book. I kept listening and realized this is just what a dear friend on mine went through with his religious upbringing.

This book is filled with sadness, happiness and sincere compassion from people who had little to give. It is so heartwarming. I am so glad I chose it. I couldn't stop listening and couldn't wait to begin listening when I did have to stop. 5 stars all the way for sure!

It was hard to put this one down. 4 lives who need each other to overcome obstacles that no one else understands. I definately recommend this audio book. Beware foul language at the beginning and then it slowly changes into a beautiful story.
