I was so disappointed in the *MacGuffin* as Alfred Hitchcock called it. The big secret, that we wait the whole book to hear, was a real let-down. The da Vinci Code was SO much better.

An exciting, believable, introduction to Mitch Rapp.
I've seen some people complain about the narrator in this book. I don't understand that. The story is told in third person, but when first person voices are used, they are authentic sounding, and easy to distinguish. His characterization of Hurley is outstanding. I wasn't planning on seeing the movie, but now I can't wait to see how Michael Keaton handles the role.

Wright immediately clarifies his choice of title. The book is not an evangelistic call to Buddhism.
The author's sense of humor and analogy, makes a possibly dry subject fascinating.
I enjoyed it.

Maybe read this as your first book on astro/quantum physics.
I would have liked it better if he'd stayed out of politics & philosophy in the last chapter.

Brian Greene's use of analogy leaves me feeling like, for the first time, I have a loose understanding of quantum physics.
