Story
For David Goggins, childhood was a nightmare--poverty, prejudice, and physical abuse colored his days and haunted his nights. But through self-discipline, mental toughness, and hard work, Goggins transformed himself from a depressed, overweight young man with no future into a US Armed Forces icon and one of the world's top endurance athletes. The only man in history to complete elite training as a Navy SEAL, Army Ranger, and Air Force tactical air controller, he went on to set records in numerous endurance events.

WOKE ME THE F UP
Reviewed: 12-22-20
Yesterday i walked/jogged intervals for 9.47 miles in 2 hours 47 minutes around my neighborhood. This from a guy who, on Feb 1st, 2020, weighed 320 lbs but now weighs, as of this morning, 249.2 lbs and who three months ago had to go to the hospital with 190 / 116 blood pressure. I was able to do 9.47 miles because David opened my mind to the possible. Even though right now I cannot run 1 mile non-stop, I know, to the core of my soul, I will complete a marathon soon. Might take 2 years but I will succeed. Thanks David!

Best book by how to actually do Scrum well
Reviewed: 07-03-20
I work on a team that claims to be using Scrum methodology. We are not. This book has pointed out so many ways we can improve. If your team is struggling, this book provides the knowledge on how to improve. It is up to your whole business to follow the advice. Now you can no longer claim to not know what to do. Going forward it is now well and truly your fault if you do not take action.
