Story
I'm Luciana Wright. Everyone calls me Lucky, but when it comes to love, I'm anything but. I have a long history of dating the wrong men. After going through the most ridiculous breakup in the history of breakups, I thought I'd learned my lesson. I officially put myself into jerk rehab and committed to changing my ways. But, let's be real here, love is never that easy. Especially when an arrogant, charming, he-devil of a sexy alpha man gets involved.

Story
Paint your toes. Pick up the wrong coffee and bagel order. Drive from Brooklyn to Jersey in traffic so slow you want to tear your hair out. It’s amazing all the useless things I can accomplish while on hold for three hours with customer service. Three hours when I should be getting the Date-in-a-Box website ready to launch at the big business expo in a few days. Except my shiny new website is glitching, and my inner rage-monster is ready to scorch some earth...when he finally picks up. Not the robot voice I expected but a real live human named Kal.

Story
Emerson, Georgia, and Marley have been best friends ever since they met at a weight-loss camp as teens. When Emerson tragically passes away, she leaves one final wish for her best friends: to conquer the fears they still carry as adults. For Marley, it's coming to terms with the survivor's guilt she's carried around since her twin sister's death, which has left her blind to the real chance for romance in her life. For Georgia, it's learning to stop trying to live up to her mother's and brother's ridiculous standards and learning to accept love.

I skipped over this one many times. I’ve been fat and didn’t want to hear about it. I caved. This should also be classified as a personal development book for all my big girls. Loved it till the end. Not sorry I caved!!!

This book should be titled how to outsource to other countries your grunt work. Here are a bunch of links of stuff that I use. Oh and create something to sell, but not good ideas or how, then test it out in any of the ways, with no guidance on that.
Poof you can travel the world and take in the money.

Story
William Moore is a long way from home. A farm boy from Oklahoma, he's now the most well-respected member of the Irish rugby team. But appearances are often deceptive, and Will isn't the clean-cut, all-American good guy everyone imagines him to be. He's got a secret, one that will tarnish his reputation forever. Josey Kavanagh is a self-proclaimed mess, but she's finally getting her shi...uh, act together. She's set her sights on becoming a veterinarian, but there's one teeny tiny road bump. Her living arrangements are coming to an abrupt end, leaving Josey homeless and in need of a job.

The story was fun and the male actor was awesome. The female voice was horrible and really hard to listen too. She is to fast and you can tell she is reading not acting. Sooooo bad. She has very little cadence or change in her tone and is high pitched. She needs work.

Story
For decades we have been taught that fat is bad for us, carbohydrates better, and that the key to a healthy weight is eating less and exercising more. Yet despite this advice, we have seen unprecedented epidemics of obesity and diabetes. Taubes argues that the problem lies in refined carbohydrates, like white flour, easily digested starches, and sugars, and that the key to good health is the kind of calories we take in, not the number.

What did you love best about Good Calories, Bad Calories?
It validated a lot of my own "research" and really put it in a way that makes such a long audiobook enjoyable. I am also learning even more than I thought I would and it's making me look up more than I thought I would in a good way. Now I am looking for more confirmation.
What other book might you compare Good Calories, Bad Calories to and why?
The books or videos from Dr Lustig
Any additional comments?
This book should actually be a required read for all people in the medical and diet industry.
