Story
If there were two more impetuous and carefree men in the Kingdom of the Isles, they had yet to be found. Twins Borric and Erland wore that mantle proudly, much to the chagrin of their father, Prince Arutha of Krondor. But their blissful youth has come to an end. Their uncle, the king, has produced no male children. Bypassing himself, Arutha names Borric, the eldest twin by seconds, the royal heir. As his brother, Erland will have his own great responsibilities to shoulder.

narrator's pronunciation is off in a few areas

While some of the names were pronounced badly, AruTa instead of Arutha, his character voices were interesting.
Not the best reading I have heard, certainly not the worst.

The assignment begins with a simple errand - a parcel to deliver. But to Alan Stewart, standing on a deserted road in Iceland with a murdered man at his feet, it looks anything but simple. Three Fantastic Lecturers, + one iffy one.

Not what I thought it would be

Please please please get professional narrators!
I couldn't listen to the African section because the reading was so choked with stammering and disjointed sentences.
I was looking for reading of the Myths themselves, not so much analysis
And the Celtic and Norse section felt like a glossing over of that whole part of the world.

This is one one my favourite books
Starship Troopers introduced me to the world of possibilities that science fiction offers
too bad the narration didn't live up to that expectation

if the point was to make it seem like a dry military report, they were successful
