Story
I met him at the end of my sword. Not exactly romantic, but attraction arced between us like lightning. A rare and beautiful connection. Too bad he's a fairy - a hunter, no less. Nothing can happen between us, it's forbidden. Besides, I have bigger issues to deal with. Like a bioweapon that can destroy the entire human race.

EXCEPTIONAL STORY
Reviewed: 01-25-22
Author Amy Sumida teamed up Stephanie Nemeth-Parker did an amazing job of writing and telling of this story. The story is well written and grabs you from the start till the end. It's a true fantasy novel just the right amount of action and romance to keep you compelled that you didn't want to stop. Stephanie performed the story masterfully. This is book 1 of the series and can't wait for more in the future!

Story
The end has come. But will it bring victory or defeat? And what will it cost Amel, Raolcan, and their friends? With the fate of the Dominion - and, likely, the world - on Amel and Raolcan's shoulders, they must show, once again, that honor, truth, and self-sacrifice are more than ideas. They're something to give your life for.

Good story BUT
Reviewed: 01-02-21
I think the story was great, very addicting . But the whole 2 hr books was a big nascence. Basically took 1 book and broke it down into five books. If I had to guess it would be do to not making money do to audble terms. Story is great and well written which was the only reason I kept paying for the books. The story performance was not bad but it was very hard to break up and know whom was talking as she tried to change her voice for different characters.

EXCELLENT SERIES!

I'll be honest I struggled at the start of book 1. It took time for me to get into the book and for the story to evolve. Once I got to know the characters it was hard to turn away. it's Fantasy , action, and love story all wrapped into one. I spent a few late nights listening to Austin Rising doing a magical job with each character unleashing this story upon my ears. I bought the boxset books 1-3, 4-6 and will continue with this amazing adventure.

Story
It started as a routine check for park ranger Michael Biörn. A vehicle illegally parked on a service road. An instant later, a child is fighting for her life while the man responsible vanishes into thin air. Stranger still, the encounter leaves Michael wounded and unable to heal for the first time in his eon-long existence. Before the shape-shifter has a chance to reflect on his puzzling disability, the slaying begins. Yellowstone's bears are the first victims, hunted for sport by very large cats. But soon the beasts start targeting humans, and it falls to Michael to stop them.

Every now and then you find a book that you just cant put down and are up way longer than you intended, A throne of glass series was that for me. A Great story line, characters you cant help yourself to not fall in love with, and Elizabeth Evans does a great job telling the story! Well worth the buy.
