Dianna Roman created the best story and characters in this book. The amazing narration by Iggy Toma and Alexander Cendese has the personalities of these characters leaping off the page. This book was laugh out loud funny and rip your heart out sad . A lot of emotion is written into this story. I've never read a M/M romance where two people belong together more than Jack and Max. By the end of the book I wished I could have neighbors like Jack and Max. And then there's Max's daughter, Emma, her character put the cherry on top.

I have never wanted to wrap my hands around a characters throat in a book like I want to do with Lacey. She continually throws herself pity parties. She is full of insecurites and always second guesses herself. Then there is her family and best friend. Don't get me started on them! However, sometimes I could honestly relate to what was going on in her mind. She is dang lucky to have someone like Karson to have her back. Karson is so patient he deserves a medal. With the help of her brother (who redeems himself) Lacey realizes what she is doing before it's too late. Good story with a bit of an emotional overload.

A very exciting story with awesome characters. Fast pace, with some "oh no, not again" moments.
Humor and romance included. An absolute great read!

Love, love this book. The long time relationship between Gabby and Zach plays out perfectly. From Zach's dislike of Gabby (or so he thinks), to Gabby's huge crush on him. I love when Zach willing admits to himself that he has feelings for Gabby and realizes he's had feelings for her for a very long time. When they share that first kiss, you want to throw a fist in the air and yell finally!
All of the character's are great, making good side stories. I really enjoy a book that has strong supporting character's with their own story.
I also like how characters I recognize from previous stories pop in. Makes me feel like an old friend has come back for a visit. Plus it keeps their story going.
The narrator, Sean Posvistak is perfect. You can feel each characters emotions with his delivery. From the insecurity of Gabby to the exasperation Zach feels when he has to deal with Gabby and his sister.
All of the audio books I've listen to by Cat Johnson have been excellent. great stories and great characters.

I loved the chemistry between two completely different people, looking for two completely different things in life.
Clay has his military retirement planned out only to get blindsided. Tasha's career gets derailed which leaves her devastated and worried about her future.
Throw them together and you get a funny, light hearted story filled with agitation and a touch of sadness. Not to mention the over the top hot and steamy desire!
When Clay opens up to Tasha about the loss of his military friend, I think that is the turning point towards lovers from enemies.
Loved this book from beginning to end. The narrator, Mr. Posvistak did an excellent job expressing Clay's anxiety. I could almost feel it.

Really enjoyed listening to this story. Many different struggles and emotions written into such a bitter sweet love story.
The narration was awesome. Sebastian York is a favorite of mine. He never disappoints. Not familiar with Lynn Barrington, but she did a great job.
