really good initial background of what X was up to for the years he was in Chicago. doesn't quite tie up with the books when the helldivers first find him again.

I love all the Ex Force books! Skippy and Joe Bishop are excellent characters and their interactions are made all the better by R.C. Bray's unparalleled voice talents!

I don't know if it's just that RC Bray tends to narrates book series or like or it's just him, but he does a great job of bringing great stories to life.

pretty thorough accounting of the post cold war world in Russia and how everything is tied to putin and his cronies. didn't care for the final chapter that laid out a bunch of outdated and debunked Trump myths.

I love all of the expeditionary force / Columbus day books. RC Bray is the absolutely best narrator and the stories are hilarious, fairly accurate to military life (except quit saying "against protocol"), and has some solid science in it.

Nir does a good job of narrating his own book. I found many of his suggestions and techniques useful, some weren't entirely practical. his recommendations aren't a boilerplate for everyone, so take what you can use and apply it. for example his latter chapters about applying these lessons to parenting very much is dependent on how many children and their personalities you have.

honestly every one of these books is a "page turner". the story is unpredictable and masterfully pulled together. R.C. Bray is a boss at narrating and have a litany of voices he uses. also the bloopers at the end will leave you in stitches.
