Don't waste your time and money
Reviewed: 05-06-24
That information in the book is very basic, and if you're someone who's been acting professionally for more than a year, then this is stuff you should already know. The author has a lot of filler stories in the book that are not really necessary.
What made this the worst for me was the virtual voice. I couldn't get through it and gave up listening after 4 hours because of the virtual voice. I think it could have been a hundred times better if they used a real human voice-over artist.

The Grand Hotel is a horror novel by esteemed best-selling author Scott Kenemore ( Zombie, Ohio) that takes the reader on a thrilling ride through an interconnected series of stories narrated by the desk clerk and the residents of the hotel itself. And while it is not known whether or not the desk clerk is actually the devil incarnate, it is strange that so many visitors who come for a tour of the hotel have a way of never leaving.

I don't understand where all the good reviews are coming for. This book was very slow moving. I gave up during chapter 4 because the book moved so slow, and nothing really interesting was happening.

This book was terrible and a waste of my time. I will save you time and sum up what this book is in 3 points.... 1. You are a badass 2. Think positive 3. The universe blah blah blah. Please do not waste your money. Basically Jen has turned into Tony Robins in this book, where she talks a lot but doesn't actually say anything of any substance.

ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
Reviewed: 03-05-21
There were too many boring personal stories in this book. I don't care about the authors relationship with his girlfriend, and don't want to be wasting my time listening about it. The other big mistake was the author reading the book himself. His voice is very monotone without any feelings and emotions. I think this would have been a much better book if it was done by a professional VO actor.

Devastated by the deaths of her parents and disillusioned with life, Caroline Daynes is in America trying to connect with their memory. Travelling to her mother's hometown of Williamsfield in Pennsylvania, she is caught in a snowstorm and forced to stop at The Egress hotel - somewhere she'd planned to visit as her parents honeymooned there. From the moment she sets foot inside the lobby and meets the surly receptionist, she realizes this is a hotel like no other. Charming and unique, it seems lost in time with a whole cast of compelling characters sheltering behind closed doors.

This is very basic information on body language. That most of us have probably learned in a high school psychology class.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
This audio book has a lot of useless filler, making it mostly a complete waste of time. The author spends way too much time talking about the history of YouTube, and how YT works. Which is not why I bought this book. I wanted useful and practical info on how to grow my YT channel, NOT a YT history lesson, or a YT 101 class.

shocking, scary, mind-blowing
Any additional comments?
I always knew there was a lot of corruption and shady business going on in the Clinton Foundation, but I had no idea it was to that extreme. I have been a liberal my whole life but I don't support Hillary Clinton. It is scary to think that this woman could be the next president of our country. God help us all.
