I come to Siim's book after seeing many of his youtube videos. Much of what he talks about in his videos he goes over in detail in his book. Reading his book on the computer gives me access to words i need to understand the science he talks about. Plus he is teaching you how to understand the science like mTOR and AMPK... building up the body and taking out the trash during autophagy are key topics. SIIM also goes into in detail how to workout to build muscle safely while doing different kinds of IF (intermittent fasting) He answered many of my questions on how hard i can work out and helped me form a better plan with IF and hard style kung fu workouts. Thanks Siim!!
