Story
America is on the brink of destruction. A corrupt and incompetent elite has uprooted our way of life and is brainwashing the next generation. Many so-called conservatives are as culpable as their progressive counterparts. In this ambitious and provocative book, Heritage Foundation President Dr. Kevin Roberts announces the arrival of a New Conservative Movement. His message is simple: Global elites—your time is up.

A lot if great information. However, he uses a lot of bug words that normal people do not use in our everyday language. Definitely broadening the horizon of vocabulary.

“Why is this town called Mother’s Rest?” That’s all Reacher wants to know. But no one will tell him. It’s a tiny place hidden in a thousand square miles of wheat fields, with a railroad stop, and sullen and watchful people, and a worried woman named Michelle Chang, who mistakes him for someone else: her missing partner in a private investigation she thinks must have started small and then turned lethal.

This was a eye opening story. Events that are happening around the world. Sad and devastating events. Great story, but it highlights the tragedies of life in our modern world. It also shows the magnificent struggles of trying to alleviate these tragedies.

Story
It’s 1996, and Reacher is still in the army. In the morning they give him a medal, and in the afternoon they send him back to school. That night he’s off the grid. Out of sight, out of mind. Two other men are in the classroom—an FBI agent and a CIA analyst. Each is a first-rate operator, each is fresh off a big win, and each is wondering what the hell they are doing there. Then they find out: A Jihadist sleeper cell in Hamburg, Germany, has received an unexpected visitor—a Saudi courier, seeking safe haven while waiting to rendezvous with persons unknown.

Worst Lee Child "Jack Reacher" book ever!!!

Would you try another book from Lee Child and/or Dick Hill?
This book was very graphic in the extreme of people having sex with animals... too graphic. The story was ruined for me because of this. The overall story was what you would expect, but the books before this one and then The Midnight Line were awesome in comparision.
What do you think your next listen will be?
We listened to Midnight Line... this book was exceptional.
What does Dick Hill bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Dick Hill is our favorite story narrator.
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Night School?
Cut the bar scene and the graphic descriptions of men peeing on a woman's face. This book was very degrading.
