This is a wonderful resource for mental and spiritual wellness all in one book. I love that Debra is faith forward, but so understanding of the struggles we all face during different seasons of our life. I have enjoyed all of her books, I cannot wait to read more of her work. Therapists out there, if you are interested in therapy that involves scripture and a God-centered message of grace, Debra is your go to author. I admire her vulnerability, genuineness, sense of humor and above all her humble spirit. Keep writing Debra you are a blessing to many!!
