I just finished listening for the first time and I loved it. I have purchased the actual book and plan on going through it again and completing the reflection questions and doing the healing work that she recommends. Definitely needed this book! Reset something’s I’m my life that I need to reset even when I revert back this book let me know it’s normal.

A must read!
This is a wonderful resource for mental and spiritual wellness all in one book. I love that Debra is faith forward, but so understanding of the struggles we all face during different seasons of our life. I have enjoyed all of her books, I cannot wait to read more of her work. Therapists out there, if you are interested in therapy that involves scripture and a God-centered message of grace, Debra is your go to author. I admire her vulnerability, genuineness, sense of humor and above all her humble spirit. Keep writing Debra you are a blessing to many!!

Great book !
I am going to listen to this all over again n this time stop n take notes, It was easy to listen to well read. Love it packed with great things to remember n do to better your life, highly recommend

I feel the value WILL be appreciated by many of my clients. Was really impressed, so much that I presented this to my leader who agreed to have this as a required book within our library for our clients.

This was a winner for me
I was looking for just such a book and the more I listened to it the more I realized I needed to hear it, I plan to listen to it again soon, I just need to let what she said sink in.

Practical & valuable knowledge!
Love listening to her practical advice. She explains things so that they're east to understand. Highly recommend! I bought the physical book as well and I'm going to go through it and highlight the things that stood out to me the most.
