The author shares a wealth of information that anyone can benefit from. It is interesting to hear how he started his own personal journey to eat the right way and how it led him to become a dietitian to becoming a vegetarian. This book offers how one can reaps one of many benefits of going on a plant based diet. Not only does this book reveals many simple tips to help you reach your weight loss goal but also improving your quality of life, including lowering one’s risk with heart disease, diabetes, and many others.

Ironically enough I want to lose about 50 pounds and he shares how easy one could achieve a 50 pound weight loss within a year. I am beginning my journey now and looking forward to my quality of life improving.

Highly recommend this book!!!

Wish there was a way you can raise the volume for the reader’s voice.The music drowned out the reader. Couldn’t hear the reader at all.
