A Nice Resource for Seniors

Grab your chair and yoga mat, and get ready for the stretch of your life. Great Practice!

Taking care of my 80-year-old grandpa, and also as caregiver too for many elderly, I always look for safe and manageable exercises to keep them active. This chair yoga guide is perfect!
