About this listen

This is a great CD that has a wonderful seven-minute process to use any time you find yourself being self-critical or judgmental about yourself or about something that you did. It will keep you from going back to the old habits like beating yourself up, and gives you a chance, each time, to tell that old "judging-self within," to shut up. It also has a song specifically written for this CD called, I Forgive You - Me, by Karen Taylor-Good. It's a great song.

The 13 Steps CD is not only powerful but quick and easy to do. It is a process that has to be listened to rather than read, which is why it is not in the book but sold as a companion CD to the book. Listen and respond to the 13 questions and save yourself a trip to victimland. Ideal to keep in the car for emotional emergencies! This is an add-on to Radical Forgiveness: Making Room for the Miracle.

Dissolves guilt and shame; Creates peace

This short audio book restored a sense of well-being in me that was not a gimmick and hasn't faded. It explains the process, the guides you gently through the process. I have never heard or listened to a more effective how to book.

An amazing tool

I've hated myself for a long time and perhaps I still do a bit. But I can truly say that something shifted inside of me when I did the 13 Steps to Radical Self Forgiveness. I'm going to keep doing it. Thanks for this amazing tool.

New Age

New Age Mumbo Jumbo. His basic premise is that everything that we have done wrong was necessary to get us where we are right now. There are no victims. No blame needed. Basically, we are to move forward and not apologize. It just won't help and will get us depressed. I invented a new method after listening to this for 2 minutes...

So, I basically paid $6.00 for nothing. Aw well, it's only $6.00. I'm purchasing a new one that actually allows Christ into the equation.

Absolutely bogus.
