if you want someone to tell you "relax and breathe" and then hear about 15 minutes of boring music- this is it. Uninspiring and boring.

I'll Try it Again, but so far
It's not so good. The "music" is loud in comparison to the voice, such that I strain to hear, and that's not relaxing.
