slept so much better

i have been having trouble sleeping lately that’s why I purchased I this audiobook. This has helped me sleep more than 7 hours a night. no more worrying or anxiety at night. my productivity during the day is great. the author did a great job!

Great audio!

Such a nice and easy book to listen to before going to bed. I’m an over thinker so I have a hard time shutting off my brain at night. This helped me relax and get into a better state of mind. Fell asleep much faster too. Recommend for sure.

Very relaxing listen

These are very relaxing meditation scripts, I really enjoyed them. The narrator has a very soothing voice and the musical accompaniment is on point!
The author guides us through our sacred healing sanctuary that exists deep within our psyche. Her voice is calming and soothing. The focus is on feeling: enjoying the feeling of breathing, paying attention to how your body feels, going through various techniques, including affirmations to induce a deep sleep.
“Sleep is where the mind goes to rest while the soul undergoes transformation”. No doubt this wonderful meditation has transformed my soul. I am going to add it to my repertoire of evening meditations.
Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys positive, guided mediation when falling asleep.

Both my wife and I enjoy listening to this book

The music background is fantastic and the affirmations are super helpful. Laying down and turning this book on is so peaceful and the guidance for relaxation and letting go of daily stress is great. The really great thing about this book is that we can use it over and over again and pick different chapters if we want to take in the benifits of the authors different areas of focus. Superbook to relax to after a hard day.

Very helpful

As a working mom of two who tends to struggle to fall asleep at night cause my mind is constantly running wild I can higly recomend this book to anyone having a hard time falling asleep.
I put this on as I go to bed and it really helps me to relax. Narrator has a calm/soothing voice and the background music really sets the mood for sleep to creep in.

Beautiful!

This is such a beautiful way to go to sleep. I feel rejuvenated and ready to face the day after a restful sleep. This book makes that so much more possible and on regular basis. I would highly recommend listening to this if you want to reduce stress and improve your overall health!

Very restoring and relaxing

This is my new favorite bedtime meditation listen. I find it freeing and so calming. Easy to listen to and will be recommending it to my girlfriends and family too. The words and music sink in without realization and before you know it the morning sun has risen and you feel great and more in tune with yourself too.
