best alpha male affirmations I've come across
I have purchased many other affirmations/meditation audios for the alpha mindset, not just on audible but also on other platforms. Even one for over $200!
This is definitely the best selection I've come across by far. It's not the toxic masculinity version of being alpha, this author clearly understands the difference.
This audio is about creating the best version of yourself through shifting into the alpha mindset and acting in alignment with that.

This is an awesome audiobook. If you are a man and maybe you are suffering from self-doubt. This is the book for you. It's been very well narrated and the affirmations are played to soothing background music. Play this every day over and over and feel really good about yourself.

Powerful affirmations. I can see the difference
I can definitely feel a shift in my mindset after listening to this for the past 3 days. I've been playing this as I fall asleep, and my mindset throughout the day is a lot more focussed and assertive in what I want. I like this new confident state and want to keep it going.
