very relaxing

I enjoyed listening to these meditations and can see putting one of them into my bedtime routine as I settle in for the night. Because each meditation is about 10-15 minutes in length, it would fit nicely into a break in the work day when things are hectic or into any day in which you may be struggling with a relationship or with self-confidence. The music and narration complement the thoughts beautifully.
