Our new leaders say they have a better grasp on history and the Boomers, well, we are all part of the past that is being destroyed like statues, businesses and capitalism. We have arrived at a transformative moment. Everything from the past is over and the future has begun upon a new foundation, a new idea; socialism. But we aren’t operating in a vacuum here; there is a long historical precedent that we dare not ignore. Indeed, to wipe out a part of history wipes out the knowledge and experiences of large numbers of people, sweeping them away like a tsunami or hurricane.
