About this listen

The sexy, action-packed first dramatized audiobook adaptation in the #1 New York Times bestselling Court of Thorns and Roses series from Sarah J. Maas. Adapted from the novel and produced with a full cast of actors, immersive sound effects and cinematic music!

When nineteen-year-old huntress Feyre kills a wolf in the woods, a terrifying creature arrives to demand retribution. Dragged to a treacherous magical land she knows about only from legends, Feyre discovers that her captor is not truly a beast, but one of the lethal, immortal faeries who once ruled her world.

At least, he's not a beast all the time.

As she adapts to her new home, her feelings for the faerie, Tamlin, transform from icy hostility into a fiery passion that burns through every lie she's been told about the beautiful, dangerous world of the Fae. But something is not right in the faerie lands. An ancient, wicked shadow is growing, and Feyre must find a way to stop it, or doom Tamlin-and his world-forever.

From bestselling author Sarah J. Maas comes a seductive, breathtaking series that blends romance, adventure, and faerie lore into an unforgettable listen.

Kramer, Gabriel Michael, Natalie Van Sistine, Debi Tinsley, Bradley Foster Smith, Alejandro Ruiz, Christopher Graybill, Julie Hoverson, Karenna Foley, Eric Messner, Anthony Palmini, Steve Wannall, Rose Elizabeth Supan, Mort Shelby, Laura C. Love it!

I loved hearing the voice actors bringing the story to life. They are exactly how I would imagine the characters. The only complaint I had was whenever there is winnowing/any sort of magic the sounds were very cheesy sounding but other than that wonderful performance and story

Love the voices

Such a great idea!! I loved listening to all the various actors and the sound effects were a nice add too. Sometimes the music got a little much… maybe if it was slightly quieter it would be better. But who knows cuz I loved this enough to listen to it over and over hahaaa

The background noises of what they were doing

Read the books, then listen to the audible! Best decision I ever made. Hearing what was going on in the background seals it in my imagination. The voices they chose for the characters are spot on. So excited to listen to the rest!

New obsession

Love this story. The graphic narration sucks you in and makes it hard to stop listening. Can't wait to make my way through this entire series.

Great performance!!

I already love everything I’ve read by Sarah J Maas… and this dramatization is everything I hoped for! I’m so excited for the rest of the series to have their own dramatized version as well!

Just wow!

I’ve never experienced graphic audio before and it really does feel like a movie in your head. This book is so good that I couldn’t put it down. I think the beginning was a little slow but the last half made it all worth it

dramatized versions are just not for me I guess

I find the background sounds to be distracting and not descriptive enough to tell the story as well as just the words do. the lack of pauses in the narrative sometimes make it difficult to jump from one scene to the next.

I guess I am just old school. this is one of my favorite stories by one of my favorite authors. I was hoping to really enjoy the dramatized version but found it to be just ok.
