About this listen

The highly anticipated new novel in the New York Times best-selling The Search for WondLa series.

Before the end of The Search for WondLa, Eva Nine had never seen another human, but after a human boy named Hailey rescues her along with her companions, she couldn’t be happier. Eva thinks she has everything she’s ever dreamed of, especially when Hailey brings her and her friends to the colony of New Attica, where humans of all shapes and sizes live in apparent peace and harmony.

But all is not idyllic in New Attica, and Eva Nine soon realizes that something sinister is going on—and if she doesn’t stop it, it could mean the end of everything and everyone on planet Orbona.

Introducing a host of remarkable characters that reinforce the importance of friendship, A Hero for WondLa has all the hallmarks of a classic book—of the future.

This book is awesome.

It's action packed, full of adventure and has a brilliant heroine. This also contains a lot of plot twists and unexpected adventures. It will make you laugh, feel sad and happy.

annoying narrator

Terry Hatcher did well with the 1st book but very poorly with the 2nd book.. Her tone and inflection did not match the situation or the moods appropriately

Amazing story, lack luster voice acting.

Tony DiTerlizzi spins an amazing tale of wonder, excitement, sorrow, and adventure. Unfortunately the voice actor was not very good. At times it was difficult to tell which characters were talking, and rarely was there a change in Terry Hatcher's voice to show emotion. What ever The lead character was feeling, was only understood by the description read from the book. I was surprised because I adore many of her early television shows.

I listen to books in my long commute to and from work, so I have heard many different readers. I will get more books by DiTerlizzi for sure, but am remiss to get them in audio if it is to be read by Terry Hatcher.

Terry Hatcher is terrible, but it's a great story.

We loved the story, great concept, it's too bad they thought Terry Hatcher could read. Or speak. She sounds sleepy and swollen with a fresh injection of botox. She ruins a lot of the characters with her attempt at acting.

Brilliantly Done!

I absolutely loved the entire trilogy. The story and characters were colorful and creative and Teri Hatcher did a fabulous job with all the characters voices for all 3 books. Would definitely recommend.
