Publisher's summary

Natalia Chase isn't ready to have her babies, even after a tough eight months. When her doctor admits her to the hospital with concerns over a strange echo with the babies' heartbeats, she faces the most terrifying moment of her life. Logan begs her to let him change her to a lion so she'll be stronger through the delivery, but Nat fears losing herself before she even gets a chance to meet her kids.

As the family gathers at the hospital, and surprise after surprise wreaks havoc with all of Nat's careful planning, she'll have to face a heart-wrenching choice: save her kids or lose everything else, maybe even her life.

Spoiler Is Here

it was a good listen tho you might want to include something in the summary about elosie and ben since the 1st 12 chapters are about them. it seemed odd to start there after reading the little preview summary. also since their story took up 12 chapters I would have liked more closure there than jus the party. I desperately need to know the results. You can make that such a big thing then jus sweep it under the rug cause shes adopting the teens and her niece. Overall I liked the story though I thought it was a little strange for Nat to be so upset about changing to the point she was willing to die and leave Logan and the babies alone. Logan pointed out that they could have had a lower dose transfusion before she gave birth which wouldn't change her and would have most likely prevented her from needed to be emergency changed ( I could be wrong here) or atleast thays what it seemed like. Also some sort of note about the order to read the city shifter books in would be great because I've now read all of the the Pride set but already know how things end for the Den since alot of them are mentioned in this book. Overall a great addition with great character development and a good pace.

This story is amazing!!!

I absolutely LOVE this whole series!!! Emotional rollercoaster you never want to end!! Wonderfully written storyline with plenty of surprising events and characters you can't help fall in love with. Shifters of different species and humans learning to live and love each other. Happy moments, sad moments and life changing moments combine with danger, self exploration and realisation with a lot of love and a few surprises make this story one of the BEST !

Full Circle Ending, bravo!

A Mother's Pride was a perfect ending and brought the series full circle! We the readers/listeners got to hear about our favorite characters that left you satisfied that you had some kind of conclusion to the series. However, with that being said, I am hoping there are more books written on this series that tell us about the cubs and adopted children. Although, Layla did a great job on telling us about each couple, I definitely want more, more and more!

Moving story with lots of love and hope!

The ups, downs and crazy times are just part of this emotional story! A truly beautiful tale.
Just a tiny little question, what were the results of Eloise and Benedict’s tests?
Yes I’m glad that the children have a home now that is reasonably stable, but how will it affect them if they have babies as well in the near future?

A Mother's Pride

This is another great addition to The Pride series. I loved the characters. This book had it all. Beth Roeg did great job with the narration. I received this free copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
