The narrator is just perfect and I love how he plays every character, they become real! And the baby noises, just how.

If you’ve loved the entire Trials of Fear series like I have, you must get this and listen. So much fun with Krew and Max’s Christmas festivities. Between a lipgloss flavor tasting contest, mistletoe covering every inch of the ceiling and Adrian’s “casserole” to Scarlet stealing the show. This was so much fun. I particularly enjoy when
The whole group is together. This is when Adam Gold spectacular voice narration is best on display. Each characters unique and individual voice is so masterfully done. It’s flawless.

I loved catching up with the guys from this series. A lighthearted, enjoyable listen, this book left me smiling and happy. Seeing where each of the characters/couples are now was fun. This is not a stand-alone book and is best enjoyed after listening to the earlier books. But since this series is so good, and these characters so engaging, listening to the other books first is a treat. Adam Gold is an excellent narrator, especially when considering the large cast of characters to voice. A very happy way to start the holiday season!

If you’ve read the Trials of Fear series, this is a MUST listen! Adam Gold knocks it out of the park in narrating all of our favorites from the series in one raucous party hosted by our favorite Krew! Adam Gold reprises each and every voice he brought to life through this fantastic series and does it flawlessly! After listening, I feel all the Christmas parties I’ve been going to have sorely been lacking! No one throws a party like Krew! This was funny, and wonderful and everything I needed when I revisited it in audio. Phew! I think my side is still aching from laughing! It was so great getting to catch up with characters from books past, and now I have the strong need to start this series over again in audio! Also, I need to find some of my own mermen ornaments!

What a treat to listen to this book! It reminded me all over again how wonderful it was. Adam Gold was absolutely perfect. I don't know how he managed to have so many distinct voices but everyone was different and I always knew who was talking with the entire gang together. He absolutely nails Krew's sass. It was just delightful to listen to!

This is not a standalone book, it is the cherry on top of an amazing sundae that has been built layer by layer over the course of 6 books. It is a love letter to the fans of this series. I loved every word of it! It made me laugh (out loud frequently. I might have spit some of my drink out of my nose more than once), made me nostalgic for these characters I love, made me smile happily and touched my heart. Krew of course stole the show here, front and center, but I found a new found adoration of Max along the way too. I always liked Max but boy did I fall in love with him even more here...his love, acceptance and complete devotion to Krew in all his full sassiness made me swoon and my heart melt. All the fear guys are back for one heck if a Krewmas celebration. Sit, back, relax and enjoy this book...it was simply splendid!!!

THE STORY
Nicky James takes us back to her Trials of Fear guys for a very a special Chris.. oops, Krewmas, and I couldn't be happier.
This book is laugh out funny from start to finish. Antics and shenighans galore make for a hilarious read. All the couples make appearances while Krew plans and host the most awesome Christmas party in the history of parties.
Thank you Nicky James for kicking off my Christmas read with rolling on the floor, laugh out loud moments.

THE NARRATION:
I was so looking forward to this audio.
Adam Gold did an amazing job (as usual), but as the book was mostly Krew, this narration was next level hilarious. 🤣🤣

This was a very enjoyable listen, I loved visiting with all my favorite characters from Trials of Fear series, it was like an extra epilogue, an update on their lives to see them happy in love and celebrating holidays in their own unique Krewmass way. Krew was the main character in this story, its his POV and I loved the party he planned, chapstick guessing game was my favorite part of the story. Narrator did an amazing job with voices, with singing and all the special effects. Narrator's talent and creativity made this a perfect listening experience. Highly recommend to everyone who listened to the Trials of fear stories.
