Great for beginners

Best Informative Affirmation Book
I love this book, because it teaches you the concepts behind the affirmations. So, you learn. Your not just blindly saying affirmations. The book assists you with saying them in a way that works. When an affirmation is said I repeat and say it out loud. I listen to this book almost daily, it’s helped me to think more positively and has been a great asset in my life.
