Not for women only!
We just all have those days, week, months, or longer when we just can't get out of a mental slump. Been there. This listen is a great way to jump-start your mindset and retrain it with healthy, positive, upbeat affirmations. Although the title says "For Women", I believe anyone, regardless of gender, will benefit from making the practice of morning affirmations part of their daily ritual. Also worth a listen before bedtime when your mind is more receptive and you'll start the next day with a smile on your face!

Provides A Great Morning Start
I have recently been feeling lost in the moment. After I began to listening this, my mind began to calm up. It has gave me the force to get up and provide myself with confidence that boosts my mode. There's no doubt that I will take another listen, if I ever began to feel down. Highly recommend for those having trouble with Morning motivation.

A Powerful morning routine
Affirmations in the morning are a fantastic and powerful routine to follow. This audiobook does a great job of creating engagement for the day, inspiration, and positive thoughts for all facets of life. If you have any sort of morning routine (ex. Get up, make coffee, check your phone) then you have time to fit in some affirmations that will create a best-case scenario for your day. Improves my mood!
My wife has incorporated this into her morning routine while doing meditation or on her daily drive to work. Seems to really enjoy it. And I've noticed her much more positive and less moody. I'll take it!

Wonderful affirmations
