It was very poorly read. Could’ve finish three pages. I wish I could just delete it.

It wasn’t well done at all

I love Agatha Christie, but the narrator was awful. There was also background music that I can't even describe. Maybe a cross between a lullabye and a music box. Very distracting but better than the narrator.

Unlistenable if that's a word

Started to listen to this book on a road trip and turned it off after a few minutes. Two of the party couldn't understand the narrator and I could understand him but didn't want to. His narration was mumbling and the intonation was terrible. As soon as we got home I checked to see if I could return this, but it was apparently too late for that.

Whoever said it sounds like it was recorded on a cassette in some guy’s living room is spot on. And you can hear the music louder than the reader. Truly awful.

Save your credit - Awful, garbled narration

I can't really rate the story, because I didn't get very far. It sounded like it was recorded in someone's bathroom by someone they just snatched off the street.

Awful sound

I saw the reviews that this had a poor performance. I thought, "how bad could it be?" and bought it anyway. It's seriously bad. I really couldn't even hear the story because there is some bizarro music playing during the narration. Also, it sounds like it was recorded on a cassette tape in the guy's living room.

Seriously bad

How can you possibly ruin Agatha Christie stories? Have it read to you by an awful narrator.

Awful Narrator

Sorry to say the narrators pention for

long pauses in

mid sentence makes the experience
unenjoyable, nay,

more than that, painful.

Please do not waste good Christie stories with this reading. Read them yourself or find another source

Unlistenable

Absolutely poor production quality. Background music was completely overwhelming to the spoken word. Would not recommend to anyone
