This book gives a very good overview of how the Agile project management system works. It explains the differences between Agile and several other project management programs explaining why Agile is a good fit for most companies, private or government. The wording is very easy to understand it is written in laymen terms rather than technical terms.

Agile Project Management

I listen this book and it shed some light on the agile project management system. The book introduces what Agile PM is and many other things about project management. I took down some notes about it since I think it is sensible and practical. I was able to easily grasp the idea. I learned so much just from reading this.Excellent book on how to coordinate and manage projects. I can definitely see how applying this in a business setting would boost productivity.
