About this listen

Sometimes a book just comes together. As I am writing the various sections, I do not always realize how they are supposed to go together. With this book, I was particularly concerned about which chapter should be the first, the chapter that offers a highly positive perspective or the chapter that offers a negative position.

In this book, I reverse the general view that many people have about both egoism and altruism. Where many people regard altruism as superior morally, I reverse the tables. In my view it is egoism that is morally superior, and I explain here what is good about egoism and what is evil about altruism.

In short, I hold that egoism is highly beneficial for the individual. I seek to expose the truth that egoism favors the human mind and human life while altruism exploits the mind and encourages man to live in slavery for the sake of moral authorities.
