example of great work destroyed by propaganda

Someone did great work identifying the right events but the depiction of these events was deceitful. it emulates life really. your distorted reality keeps you from finding happiness because nothing is quite as advertised.
if you were to use this book to list events in decide what to explore, this has "good bones". You shouldn't accept the description therein because it's just sugar coated lies. Fables we tell children not yet able to grasp complex issues. 'Experts' say little lies destroy the children's ability to understand the world and i agree.
Aesop's tales are mastery because they were simple and true. i don't ask simple overviews to explore details...but you can't day Obama fixed the economy, environment and went s long way to repair racisl problems. (sorry to use this one but it's the last item...this 2015 book praises the sitting president for things he never did and weren't even 'in process' at the time)
it described the second industrial revolution (after the civil war) as a time where industrialists got populations into the city and improved their healthcare!
it does a great job reciting founding documents and before. setting up who "We" were before We the People. That deserves a mention.
In the beginning I was unsure about the Narrator, but he performs well abd is easy to understand.
